The ZBI Zentral Boden Immobilien Group acquires the WOHNGARTEN housing project in Vienna Simmering for the open-ended public real estate AIF “UniImmo: Wohnen ZBI”. The Viennese real estate company INVESTER United Benefits structures the transaction for a Viennese investor group. INVESTER continues to be responsible for the project development and will also take over the entire exploitation and local asset management.<\/p>\n

“This transaction is a major milestone for the WOHNGARTEN project and the Vienna residential market. Our team is well prepared to complete the project in its usual professional manner and hand it over to ZBI.
