The Viennese real estate company is selling the Y Towers project in the Dutch capital Amsterdam to Union Investment on behalf of a Viennese investor group.<\/p>\n

INVESTER United Benefits has successfully structured and concluded the entire transaction and sales process for the hotel and residential tower project Y Towers in Amsterdam. The seller is a joint venture consisting of a Viennese investor group and IES Immobilien-Projektentwicklung GmbH. The project with a volume of around 460 million euros has been developed together by the joint venture partners in recent years. The parties to the contract have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The sellers were advised by Sch\u00f6nherr Rechtsanw\u00e4lte and the Dutch law firm Houthoff.<\/p>\n
