INVESTER United Benefits develops residential project on 17,827 square metres of land in Simmering.

The founders and owners of the Viennese INVESTER Group Franz Alexander Kollitsch and Erwin Krause are strengthening their commitment to residential construction and have acquired the 17,827 square metre site at Geiselbergstraße 26 – 32 in Vienna’s eleventh district together with ELIN quadrat. The transaction was accompanied by INVESTER United Benefits GmbH, which will also manage the further development of the site.
