INVESTER structures sale of the WOHNGARTEN project to ZBI

The ZBI Zentral Boden Immobilien Group acquires the WOHNGARTEN housing project in Vienna Simmering for the open-ended public real estate AIF “UniImmo: Wohnen ZBI”. The Viennese real estate company INVESTER United Benefits structures the transaction for a Viennese investor group. INVESTER continues to be responsible for the project development and will also take over the entire exploitation and local asset management.

Our team is well prepared to complete the project in its usual professional manner and hand it over to ZBI.
