Project Description

Until the end of 2023 an apartment house with 49 units that paths way to a climate-friendly, decarbonised future, will be constructed. Planned by the office of Riepl Kaufmfann Bammer Architects, the object will CO2 free be heated and tempered by a heat pump with geothermal probe. The building offers efficient floor plans for families, couples and singles. Each apartment contains of an open spaces, with either balconies, terraces and private gardens. For the community feeling outdoors a garden and a large roof terrace are serving the residents. The environmentally friendly private transport is supported by charging stations for e-cars and -bikes and approximatly 100 bicycle stands. This project combines a pleasant resendtial area with adequat local supplies and a smooth linkage the public transportation. The centrally located hub Wien-Mitte is reachable within 15 minutes by rapid transit.
