Project Description

The project comprises a total of 119 compact apartments in two building tracts as well as 44 parking spaces in the building’s own underground garage. The planning of Max & Moritz focuses on small, affordable residential units, whose size varies between 30.5 m² and 64.5 m². The apartments are aimed in particular at young people, students and commuters. Max & Moritz” is located in Vienna’s 23rd district at Erlaaer Straße 18-22, near Atzgersdorfer Platz. The project is well connected to public transport, with a four-minute bus ride to the U6 station Alt Erlaa, and the S-Bahn station Atzgersdorf can also be reached quickly. The nearby Altmannsdorf slip road to the A23 freeway provides quick access to the freeway network. It is only a few minutes’ walk to the local recreation area on the Liesingbach with well-developed cycling and walking paths.
