Together with the initiator and joint venture partner RT² Projektentwicklung GmbH this excellently developed land plot will host sustainable office and maker space floors by the end of 2024. The outstanding infrastructure with individual and public transportation linkage, plus the proximity to the airport classify the location highly attractive for international groups but also rising medium-sized companies. According to the group-wide ESG strategies, sustainability concepts are considered throughout the entire development, resulting in modern work spaces amidst green scenery. Along with approximately 20.000m2 office space the office- and technology park will offer 275 underground parking spaces.
