INVESTER United Benefits develops new residential project in Vienna Simmering

A modern residential building and 25 car parking spaces are to be built on the site at Rudolf-Simon-Gasse 3-5 in Vienna Simmering by the end of 2022. The buyer of the property is a Viennese investor group. The residential project is being developed by the real estate developer INVESTER United Benefits, which already carried out the transaction.
