INVESTER United Benefits takes over asset management mandate for residential project

• 73 privately financed rental flats and two commercial units with a total floor area of around 4,900 square metres and 47 car parking spaces
• Very good connections to public and private transport
• Completion of the project planned for the end of 2020

INVESTER United Benefits GmbH structures the acquisition process of the residential project “WAG 115-117” for the special fund “Wealthcore Austria Living I” managed by Munich-based WEALTHCORE Investment Management GmbH. Furthermore, INVESTER United Benefits will also act as asset manager for the property in the future. The project was brokered by Teamneunzehn GmbH. The project is to be handed over to WEALTHCORE after completion. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
