INVESTER develops new project

INVESTER develops new residential project in Groß-Enzersdorfer Straße

Vienna, 16. November 2020

INVESTER structures the purchase of the property at Groß-Enzersdorfer Straße 60 in Vienna Donaustadt and is responsible for the entire project development. By mid 2023, a modern residential building with around 200 freely financed rental apartments and 88 car parking spaces is to be built on the site. The planned start of construction is scheduled for the second quarter of 2021.
