Ground-breaking ceremony for new residential project of INVESTER in Vienna Donaustadt.

The Viennese real estate company INVESTER United Benefits is building a modern mixed-use residential project in Lavaterstrasse in Vienna Donaustadt by the end of 2021, consisting of 251 privately financed rental flats and around 3,650 square metres of retail space.

Michael Klement, CEO INVESTER on the occasion of the ground-breaking ceremony: “The Lavater 2 project is already the second residential project on which we are starting construction this year.
