“The Metropolitan”: New INVESTER project at the Central Station

The booming quarter around the Vienna Central Station is enriched by one more attraction.

The Viennese real estate company INVESTER United Benefits takes over the transaction, development and financing of “The Metropolitan” for a private investor group. The mixed-use building complex will comprise a 60-metre high residential tower and a hotel with 294 rooms. The construction of the project is an Austrian debut: “prizeotel”, the new economy design brand of the REZIDOR hotel group, will open in Vienna for the first time. The US-American star designer Karim Rashid is responsible for the design of the hotel.
